How do I create an account?

Download the Stoke app from the App Store and follow the onboarding process. You'll need to provide an email address to create your account.

Stoke helps you grow your relationship through simple daily actions and thoughtful prompts. The app provides personalized suggestions to help you connect with your partner in meaningful ways.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, first remove your partner connection from the profile page in the app. Then email help@stokeus.com and request that your account be deleted. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can I export my data?

To request a copy of your data, please email help@stokeus.com with your request.

Troubleshooting

The app isn't working properly

I'm not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Stoke in your device settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Stoke and ensure notifications are turned on.
